At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

  This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable.   I can really recommend the hotel. It's in old centre of Sao Paulo which offers a lot of interesting spots to visit close by. The staff was friendly and suppotive. - The hotel of location is near to MRT-Republica station. It is convenient. Hotel's staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is good!
