The hotel is in the more expensive part of Santa Cruz. There are some nice dining options in the neighborhood.
It takes a long time to get hot water in the sinks. Shower was OK.
Most of the time breakfast was very well stocked, other times not so much.
I reserved this hotel for my parents, who were arriving late and had an early morning flight. When I called to check whether my parents had arrived, I realised that nobody at the hotel had any idea of my reservation. Staff and lack of organitzation and additional charges without previous agreement.
The swimming-pool was disgusting and therefor unusable (we booked this hotel for the swimming-pool as this was our last stay in Bolivia before heading home). The gym is a joke, I've got a bigger 'gym' at home. The shower in our room was broken (problem with the shower head). Staff did not do a lot to fix it. There are almost no channels (like 7) available on the TV. Wifi wasn't working (they got it working after many questions from me).
