  Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. There were a total of 3 TVs ( one in each bedroom and in the lounge area). The gym is very well equipped and the heated pool and spa were an added bonus. The choices and size of the meals in the din... hva folk sier » ing room were huge and very well priced. All came with the salad bar. Was an overall very enjoyable experience. - The standard of the hotel is very good for Bolivia. In particular the lunch and dinner menue have an excellent quality for a very fair price.

  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we were provided a free oxigen bottle when requested to aid with altitude sickness. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the hotel accepted special requests (like cleaning the room with no cleaning products or solvents). The taxi service at the hotel was excellent and not much more expensive than... hva folk sier » other taxis. - After travel in other, more rustic parts of Bolivia, it was nice to have a modern hotel with all the amenities. The staff was very attentive in all areas.
