  THere was a really nice relaxed and friendly bar in the hotel with nice beers. The room was very clean and comfortable and the showeroom and toilet very nicely decorated. Good shower. We enjoyed being quite high up in the eaves. Breakfast room was beautifully decorated and relaxing and we ate very well. We parked in one of the many carparks - the town is really very nice. - The owners were very friendly and helpful, the rooms spotless, bright and quiet; similarly the bathroom. Beds provided a good night's sleep. Parking outside on a Sunday evening was easy and free. The town itself is lovely and a great place either to stop for the historic sites or en route before or after crossing the Channel. We will certainly stay there again.

  The reason I chose the Floreal was because it was close to theConference that I attended, together with the rate. The hotel did notdisappoint me.   Very friendly greeting on arrival, rooms nice and clean well presented, FOOD amazing such nice sole I would go back just for that, people so friendly would recommend. - It was a pit stop on my way to England - nice town, quiet, interesting graveyard - the hotel was just a bed for a night - in and out near the motorway

  This is the second time I've stayed here and I've no complaints whatsoever. OK the rooms are a bit scruffy but are perfectly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast, though simple, is well worth getting up for. The small bar is characterful with a local trade and relatively cheap drinks and stays open as late as you want. For value for money this suited me perfectly - rooms were v good we had two rooms and they were next to each other the only ones on the floor. The rooms were clean basic but just what we wanted for a two night stay. Had read some bad reviews but these did not aply yo our stay. We were greeted in a friendly manner and everything about the hotel was explained to us. The staff were very attentive through out our stay. The location was excellent for the beach and the shopping. Would certainly stay here again .
