We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation).
Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! The greeting we received when we arrived was very welcoming - this 'set the scene' for our experience of the hotel. We had hired a car for our exploration of the area, so were very glad that there was plenty of parking space. The room was spacious and very clean. It was a very easy walk to Menin Gate and to the town itself! We have been traveling around Europe for a month & stayed in many hotels - the Hotel Ariane was one of the best.
