The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right beside the train station and on the main street, when I booked I was worried about the noise but my stay there proved I had no concern to worry as the hotel rooms were very quiet. We had a pleasant stay. - It WAS A VERY RELAXING STAY ,ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL,i WOULD CERTAINLY

I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel due to a late meeting and subsequent early morning, but one thing I have to say is that the staff are excellent! Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed! Also worth mentioning is the excellent location of the hotel, smack in the center but not in a busy street. -

Very easy to find a the far entrance to Centraal station. All the main tram and bus stops are close by, as are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
The old part of the town around Grotemarkt is only a 20 minute walk away, or 5 mins on a tram.
No late night noise outside the hotel that other people reported. This is better than the Ibis at Brugge Centraal station.

I cannot rate or reccommend Aplace, Antwerp highly enough. Karin is a generous host, whose attention to design, detail and the comfort of her guests is exceptional. The location on a charming square in the lovely old part of the city is unbeatable. My small son, my mother and I all loved Antwerp and our stay at Aplace. We were sad to leave!
