Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Will definatly be staying at this hotel again. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre. The friendly and comfortable ambience.

reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly - a really
charming women. For 10 Euro we got secure parking in the hotel's
private courtyard - very convenient when staying in the centre of town.

The hotel/restaurant is family-run and everyone was very friendly and accommodating.The location is excellent for a quick connection to Brussels and beyond. The hotel is an attractive, nicely restored mansion that is close to train station ( walk in 15 minutes) and the tram or bus to get to the old city is only a block away. Take tram 4 from the train station if you do not want to walk to the hotel. Get off at the 3rd stop then walk one block.

The reception by the staff was very friendly and informative. The
building was fancy and the rooms are large. The hotel is situated in a
large mansion which used to be a number of things in the past and is
nicely transformed into a (mere) fifteen room accommodation. The king-
sizey bed was excellent and the bathroom was nice.
