Lovely big bed in a newly refurbished hotel. Great idea with portraying a ceiling of one of the numerous beautiful churches on the rooms ceiling. Very helpful reception staff. Lovely bar area and outdoor area. Somewhere really nice to have breakfast - even if you're staying there. Very central.

The appartment was located right in the city center of Bruges, only a few minutes walk to the main square. The appartment was modern with very good facilities, and with a lot of space for 5 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, plus a big living room and kitchen). The appartment building is "unmanned", but it is a very convenient and safe system for key delivery (locker with code).

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! What a hidden gem, literally hidden. Next to a tattoo parlour small sign above a doorbell is the only indication.
