  Everything! Excellently appointed, luxurious, friendly and helpful staff, large, beautifully decorated and furnished room with free wif-fi internet. Lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast and perfect location just off the main squares - and all at a very good rate. - everything at the hotel was amazingly excellent! We misunderstood the time of breakf... hva folk sier » ast, and was sitting in the dinning room one hour earlier than it was supposed to be. But they kindly served us and without a frown.

  Very friendly and welcoming owner and staff, immaculate decour, excellent standard throughout, breakfast great, parking very secure. Will be staying at this hotel again. - Friendliness of staff, location was excellent, lovely ambience.

  I was wary of booking a hotel on line as it was my first time, I held my breath walking into the hotel worrying what it would really be like and i was delighted to say we were greeted by a guy at reception that couldn't have been nicer and friendlier he gave us a map of brugge and outlined the sites and places to go. The room was a standard double ... hva folk sier » room with a massive bed and comfortable pillows. - A small, intimate hotel, with comfortable ,clean rooms,a lovely staff and a good variety of healthy choices for breakfast(included in room rate). Also, on Sunday they let you check out at 5:00p.m. A real bonus when you have a late train. I will look for other NH hotels when I travel from now on.
