However, I am told that this hotel isabsolutely superb, the staff are very friendly and the executive suite'sare quite simply 'stunning' . Superb! - Very good location, lovely reception, great breakfast, spotless communal areas and a very nice room indeed. Staff were helpful and knew the area well. I am not the type to recommend everything as supported by other comments, but this was outstanding and I will certainly use this group again in the future.

  We liked everything about the hotel: forthcoming and courteous staff, beautifully designed and appointed rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Perfect location. - We had a nice discount, so we stayed in this very luxurious hotel for the price of a 2 or 3 star hotel. Everything was spotless. And the location is supurb!

  Spotless rooms - superbly fitted out. Staff were very friendly andhelpful. Location is great for seeing all Gent has to offer. Private,secure parking a bonus (reservation needed).   Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Will definatly be staying at this hotel again. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre.   Once we had got our bearings inside the hotel, we found everything extremely convenient. The room was very well equipped, and the bed superbly comfortable. The breakfast seemed to us too expensive, but in retrospect and considering what was on offer, perhaps we should have tried it at least once.
