We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation).
Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! I am really picky about the cleanliness of hotels and I could not find anything wrong with this one! Décor was current, the living room was cozy, furniture leather so easy to clean, my children bedro

I had the White Room / Apartment which gave me my own kitchen area as well as two bedrooms and lounge. It was spacious, relaxed, and very much a home-from-home. When two friends were left without a hotel for their stay (they arrived to find their booked hotel was no longer operational) Mme Zenasni was very accommodating in allowing me to add the extra people to my room.

My first thought was: I want to come back for my honeymoon! I absolutely loved being in Brugge, and this apartment was an ideal place from which to explore the town.

The appartment was located right in the city center of Bruges, only a few minutes walk to the main square. The appartment was modern with very good facilities, and with a lot of space for 5 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, plus a big living room and kitchen). The appartment building is "unmanned", but it is a very convenient and safe system for key delivery (locker with code).

Our apartment was very small but well-equipped even to having cleaning products supplied. It is close to the city centre with plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was furnished to a very high standard. Its very spacious and can comfortably sleep 4 people. Location was excellent - within walking distance to the Markt. Gilles who met us at the apartment was always contactable by phone and willing to help. Overall an excellent place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if i return to Bruges
