We stayed here for 2 nights for a romantic weekend getaway in November, and it was a wonderful experience.
As soon as we were in front of their door, we were greeted with a smile and in French (my husband and I live in France and our transactions email were in french)-they were clearly anticipating our arrival! They even let us use their parking pass for the few hours before parking became free for the weekend.

We had a wonderful city break here - our hosts went out of their way to
welcome and assist us - the rooms are beautifully designed with added
touches such as water carafes by the bed, small bottle of wine and wine
glasses etc. Breakfasts were ample with freshly made crepes one morning
and delicious French toast the next. Chris lent us a guide book and had
taken the time to plan an alternative route on a city map which we
followed on a fine autumn Saturday. Sunday, it poured and once again
Chris.
The tasteful furnishings; the charming and very helpful hosts; the spacious room; plenty of hangers and wardrobe space; the healthy but plentiful breakfast, fresh fruit cocktail, plain unsweetened yogurt, delicious crepes, and lovely assortment of breads and buns, with good quality cold meats and cheeses; parking space in road outside house; location - overlooking canal and swans; for a house there was an excellent lift.
Wonderful hosts, provided us with a map with a suggested tour marked on it. Spotless room, excellent facilities, beautiful location on the canal. Breakfast was just right and the personal touches such as a carafe of water by the bed were much appreciated!.

Having no door to en suite, although facilities were out of sight from bedroom; number of mosquitos; one of us thought pillow much too hard.
Not the fault of our hosts, but bring insect repellant as being on the canal, there are quite a few mosquitos!.
