  I had made a few requests online when I booked the hotel, and I was so pleased to find them all fulfilled when we checked in. The front desk reception was very friendly and competent. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, quiet and clean!! - Room was new, clean and very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and very friendly.   The hotel was ah-ma-zing!! It was truly wonderful. The trip to Liege was a surprise for my mom's birthday and before our arrival I contacted the hotel to inquire about anything extra they did for birthdays. They gave me a few options and I eventually chose the bottle of champagne. Upon arrival in our room, the bottle of champagne was ready for us,... hva folk sier » complete with glasses and a happy birthday note in our own language (in this case Dutch). I loved that little extra effort they put into my stay. We - Room very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent for sightseeing, and there are very good restaurants nearby. The staff is very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. The manager gave us excellent suggestions for dinners. The hotel is on a quiet pedestrian street, with an excellent bakery and cheese shop next door and across the street
