  The location was great, very close to the station. It was generally clean and tidy and the rooms were large enough. I arranged a group booking for 15 and they accommodated us all with no fuss. Most importantly, the hotel staff were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better service. It was three blocks from the Train Station, and there was a park next door. Breakfast was included, but I chose it seeing that another package for the same price was offered w/o breakfast. ??? The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked that we were offered to stay till 1300 as a late check in.

  We liked the friendly, helpful staff and the lovely room on which we got a really good last minute deal. Impressed that there was actually tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was great! It was just 10 mins walk to the lovely old, interesting town centre. - The location was ideal for the nature of work .   The hotel is near the Mechelen Catedral, a very good place if you are interested in knowing the city. The staff was kind to do our check-in after midnight despite of the booking said it was until 23:00.
