The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Fitted out with top quality,
highest spec kit. Everything was pristene, there was everything you
could need supplied (minus food and drink). The apartment was a great
size - plenty of room to socialise together with the group. Brilliant
big balcony to extend the space - nice to use in warmer weather.

This is a very good quality hotel in an excellent location right next to the piste, CityXpress gondala and ski hire yet only 2 minutes walk to the town centre and lakeside. The food was excellent and the level of service throughout the hotel was friendly and very efficient. Our double room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond and was well appointed with a mini bar, safe and a seating area (sofa and chair). This is an outstanding hotel in every respect.

Nice spacious twin room with balcony overlooking the mountains, very clean. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

Enjoyed a long weekend with a group of nine friends. The owner, 'The big momma' was very polite and accommodating and made our stay most enjoyable.Location was fantastic and the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. We usually visit different venues and hotels on each ski holiday but the stay was so enjoyable that we will definitely be returning again.

The hotel was really easy to find: we didn't even have a map, we just walked to the city center and found it in 5 minutes.
The rooms were really beautiful (especially the bathroom), the breakfast was amazing and the pool downstairs was a nice touch of luxury.
We would have gladly paid twice the price.

Staff were very professional and helpful with all our questions. They gave us a lot of guidance before arrival and during our stay and also gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants and other non-ski activities.
Rooms was spacious and well lit with very good high pressure (and always hot) showers.
Restaurant food was great and the location was perfect for our visit.
