Nice, private apartment. Made me feel like a local living in the beauty of Vienna. Great location. Many grocery stores in the area. Stephenplatz (city center/tourist street) is a minute walk away. Two train stations very close. Highly recommend it!.

Location is the best! Interior quite fresh, good speed on the internet connection.

Location is excelent only minutes away from the city center and the
train station Wien Mitte. Quiet place.
Absence of oven, toaster, salt!.
Lack of basic amenities, like toilet paper, dish towel, salt and pepper, instructions for the coffee maker use. If they are to advertise as a hotel offer the services. Also they request cash because the credit card machine has been broken for months. More like they are trying to avoid responsibility. Never again.
There is not reception and you have to call the number and wait in the
street until someone comes in car with the keys to open the door. It is
not an hotel but a regular apartment, and there is no sign outside!
Other residents don't know about it. Inexistent services. Internet
works with difficulties. Too expensive for what it is.
