We were very pleased with the appartment because it was very spaceus, comfortable and bright. Since it is duplex there was enough space fot three adoulst and two children, who slept in a separate room. It is a quiet neighbourhood, nearest U-bahn is just a minute away. We were able to park our car in a court. There is also a lift and it is very convenient since an appartment is on a 3. floor.
alle vurderinger » Prepared myself for a small room with unfolding sofa, but found out a big apartment with everything needed for the comfort stay (fully equiped kitchen, laundry machine, cleaning facilities...), quiet, cosy apartment. A very convenient first floor apartment (no lift) to Vienna Meidling railway station with modern fittings and a comfortable double bed. Both bus and tram very convenient for travel to the city centre 20 mins away. Good planing, comfort, all is new, free parking near the building, nice girls, that change their cloth you can see in windows of the hostel from the terass of your flat. Spacious apartment with kitchen and roof terrace. Clean modern interior. Excellent bathrooms. Large supermarket and metro station nearby. Easy access to city centre. Great apartment, quite near Metro station and shops, including bakeries. Modern decor, good kitchen, 2 floors good for family. Nice to have a balcony. Very comfortable appartment, 95sqm, duplex, lux equiped and totally new Direct U4 to city centre, close to shopping street as well (Mariahilfer Strasse). The person who let us in was nice and was there when we arrived. Showed us where things were on the map. The apartment is big and clean, with kitchens and everything . Four of us stayed for two nights with very reasonable cost. Good value for the money, the apartment was very well equipped with kitchen appliances, washing machine, etc. Good location near train station and multiple metro station. Several food stores nearby. Good location - close to 4 big shop store - Billa, Hover, ZielPunkt, PennyMarkt; to 2 U-Bahn stations and biggest Vienna S-Bahn station Meindling; 15 minutes by feet to Schloss & Park Schoenbbruen; not expensive but good lookimg furniture; necessary home applience. The apartment was clean and modern. Nothing except beds linen was clean. You should be Houdini to adjust the right temperature in the shower for the first time :) that's the only minus. After arrival at 4pm we had to wait while the cleaner came and 'did' the apartment. There were no sink plugs for the bathroom or the kitchen - makes it a bit hard to wash up! There was no tea towel! However there was a very good fan - needed in the 30C heat. In other words a very good apartment marred by minor rectifiable details. There is no air conditioner, but ventilators are there. It would be nice to have seats on the balcony. Actually, I liked everything here, very good value for the money. Daily cleaning though optional was steeply priced. No reception and hence no provision of city maps. Cooling and heatings in the room complicated. First day, elevator can not be used, we had to lift our luggage to 4th floor. You need to have a phone with you otherwise very difficult to get keys to the apartment and anything resolved. We paid for cleaning but when we arrived at 5pm the apartment hadn't been cleaned, so we went out while this was being done. They cleaned away our map but left hairs on the floor. There was no broom so we couldn't sweep, had to use paper towel. This has been the only place we have had to pay €35 for cleaning so we expected more.Strange noises from next door and people coming and going. It will charge additional check-in fee after 9 p.m. And it has a cleaning fee of 35 euro for each room so if you need to book two room, take consider of the additional cost. The location is a little bit off the traditional city center, and about 10-15 mins walk away from the metro station. The shower was really small. The bed was not very comfortable. No sample toiletries provided. It a bit confusing when we came out from the subway and ask around but now one know where it the place. After calling the contact person we manage to find the apartment. Ants in the apartment, dishwasher was broken and there was a really bad smell out of it. The man who gave us the keys was not very friendly and I had to ask for my change when paying him before he told me he didn't have any. The additional fee for the cleaning is in my oppinion not very nice. If u book a hotel room of similar price then cleaning is included already. The person who was supposed to be there (appointment) was not. Had to call and get a code to get the key. It worked out OK, but it's a chance I had a phone. 如果可以提前告知取钥匙的方法的话将会感觉更好。. Needed to wait keys of about 1,5 hour while weather was not good and we made call for advance from airport; no instructions for home technic as wash machine, microwave oven, etc.; some electric lamps not burn and was not changed inspite we indicated to responsible person regarding this. No information on public transport, use of appliances, no maps, no linen for sofa bed, no one to meet us with keys as we had been told. Had to phone and were given instructions on how to find keys. Would not recommend. In a seedy area. Seedy district outside of the centre of Vienna Not the accommodation confirmed by Bookings.com 1 km walk from booked accommodation 1 hour wait for owner to show with key No telephone with us to speak to 'agents' lucky to borrow one from another couple checking in at original address Not a very pleasant experience at all and recommend stay away from these people. The person who came to deliver the key was very late and we had to wait for him for half an hour past the scheduled time. Although the checkout time was 11 am, a cleaning lady showed up at 10 am and started banging on the door and asked for the key.
