  We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful.   Choosed this hotel because of rating, but haven't expected so high level of service from the 3star hotel. Susanne (owner) tries to make the stay at this family run hotel as comfortable as possible. Hotel is not cheap, but it worth it. Hotel is situated in a silent district. Free parking is on the street, but it's safe. Tram station is 5 mins by fo... hva folk sier » ot, U-bahn - 7-10 mins. Then 20 mins to the city center. As we travelled by car (didn't use it in Vienna) and spent the whole day at city center it wa - wonderful breakfast, nice and clean room, very good service.   The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Just leave your keys in the apartment. ... hva folk sier » I would recommend this apt. to other travellers. - I was on a business trip for a conference at the Messe, and the apartment location was perfect for this purpose. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception.

  We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small but it definitely worked for us.
