  In a nutshell, fantastic and highly recommended! It is a lovely family-run hotel. I loved everything about Hotel Gletscherblick. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile. On arrival I was picked up (for free) from the train station. I got a free room upgrade too which was very nice. Free Wifi internet was available throughout the hotel (although a bit temperamental at times but fast and was able to link many devices - Hotel Gletscherblick is a great hotel in line with best traditions.   This is a wonderful hotel, first impression was - oh no, it looks so commercialised - but was I wrong. Reception staff, fantastic, obliging, efficient, professional. We were upgraded to a suite in the adjoining building - our room (315) although a bit outdated (Bathroom!!) was still lovely.   The hotel made our perfect ski weekend even better. They upgraded our room to a one-bedroom suite. Reception was friendly and very helpful.
