  The amazing setting. The welcome when we arrived - immediately invited for a welcome drink on the terrace and then shown around the hotel. The gala dinner on the Friday evening. The food was excellent for all meals. The staff were excellent, friendly but not overbearing.

  Staff was great, except the guy who told us to leave spa-zone immediately after 19.00. The dinners were delicious, and selection of wines was also great. Otherwise SPA-zone was very nice aswell. - I liked the general friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff, and the thought given to the facilities provided.

  There was nothing to dislike.The comfort of the room, food and facilities were all excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful.We can't wait to return next year. - Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, clean, well appointed and spacious room. Good restaurant with excellent service. An ideal spot for a 3-4 day break.

  Everything about the hotel was excellent - from the warm friendlywelcome to the quality of the facilities, service and food. Althoughonly officially a 4 star hotel, the standards exceeded those oftenfound in other 5 star hotels, and we certainly would go back again inthe future. - everything was great.

  Very pleasant staff, although we had some trouble with communication. Our german was as rusty as their english. But we have managed somehow. The breakfast as well as the half-pension was well wort it. Their spa facility with four different saunas/steambaths was a great place to stay especially when there was a snow storm outside.
