My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on.   I was delighted with the warmth of the welcome, on both occasions of my stay, and the helpfulness of the staff on reception. As a solo traveller it was an extra pleasure to be treated well and for the staff to go out of their way to be helpful over everything from onward travel information and storage of luggage between visits, to recommending an... hva folk sier » d making reservations at local restaurants. The house staff were courteous and efficient and the breakfasts were among the most impressive I as a fre - Location could not be better. One minute to St. Stephen's cathedral and Kartner St., Yet away from the shopping hustle. The historic building has a lot of character and feels very unique. I loved the atrium with the winter garden. The hotel feels private and comfortable. Breakfast served until 11:30 was excellent, with cold cuts, youghurts, pastries, cereals, 3 types of egg dishes and even goulash soup, if that's your preference. They also make great expresso for no additinal charge. My single
