  Excellent studio apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was great to be so central and be able to walk to most of the sites. Vienna is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. The supermarket was very close so no problem stocking up!   Our studio room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to explore Vienna.   We stopped in apartments No. 1301 two families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, big kitchen and a hall with a fireplace, TV with a satellite plate, sofas and a lunch zone.   Excellent nstaff. Someone had been smoking in my room. The receptionist, Connie,did everything possible to get rid of the odour. She found and lit scented candles , opened windows etc. This was very impressive customer service. Although the offensive odour diminshed a little...it was effort tthat impresssed me. Apparently, the hotel has only 2 non-... hva folk sier » smoking rooms and it is impossible to police . - I really enjoyed my stay at the Aviano Pension. The location is excellent as well as the staff. It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

  This was the best place we stayed in out 23 hotel European tour and was one of the cheapest. This hotel is a couple of very large private apartments an d you have your own large room and ensuite. Helpful owner - This is very kitchish, like staying at your grandma's place. Each of the 14 rooms is appointed differently. So a fun place to stay. Plus the staff is always very, very helpful. The breakfast is hot and cold and cooked right there, it changes every day too. And of course, you are a two minute walk from the museum and Hofburg area.
