  From the time we arrived and stepped out of our car outside the hotel to the time we left, all hotel Sacher staff were extremely plesant. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite. Location was walking distance to everything. The hotel was so good, we stayed an extra night. Rooms, reception, breakfast area, were expectionally clean and ... hva folk sier » fresh, with plently of fresh flowers everywhere. - All of the staffs at Hotel Sacher Salzburg were friendly andprofessional and exceptionally well trained. Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service.
