New hotel with a great and beautiful design, by Matheo Thum. The room was great, with a very confortable bed, great pillows, a Nespresso machine - that it's always a great idea.
The bathroom was very clean and in a good size. Great robes and flip flops were a good welcome surprise. The staff was very nice and helpfull -

I like the decision to mix the lobby bar with the reception services, as it brings more atmosphere and is welcoming even if you are coming in early hours. Also you may have a coffee while you are checking out. Being bartenders and receptionist the same time, bring a friendly and different approach than standard hotel reception.

The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. We were close to the purple line underground and we were to a walking distance of Stephanplatz. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of fruits, good variety of cold meat, cheese, vegetables, jams. Excellent coffees. They would prepare eggs the way you wanted them. They had Viennese pastries, yogurt, juices etc..... The personnel were always smiling and helping you with any request. We asked that they booked restaurants on 2 occasions and we really enjoyed their pick. We would definetely return
