Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Very good impression from open mansard, sauna and open shower at the top of building. Friently staff, speaking English and Russian.

Citadella appartment hotel is a nice place for staying in Vienna. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)

One of the main things I value in the hotels I stay in is cleanliness. It IS clean.
The location is great-5 min from Wien Mitte, where you can find S-bahn and as alternative CAT, which will take you to the airport, and U-bahn (metro) as well. As all shops close early in Wien, it is important that in Wien Mitte there is also SPAR pronto which work

I like location of KIBI rooms - 10 min walk to center. This hotel is near the "Wien Mitte" station, train from aeroport arrive to it. Room was clean, staff is kindly. Breakfast is from coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam.
I think it is the best hotel for this price.

We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly
