Location is great - tram, metro (Shottenring, Shottentor), Billa, Spar - are close enough to aparts - around 5-7 mins on walking. Key handover was smooth and easy. Highly recommended - The apartment we stayed i had everything you would need for a city break: small kitchen, lots of storage, TV and free WiFi. We were up on the 6th floor and we had a lovely view across to some mountains.
