  Friendlyness of staff, location just perfect, 5 minutes walking into the historic old town of graz and just next to the fresh farmers market. Athmosphere was great, the right mix of regional, clean, and not too sophisticated at the same time. We had rented the 2 bedroom appartment and were very happy. Also good selection for breakfast and a nice g... hva folk sier » arden to sit outside when the weather allows it. - The location of Steirerstub'n is excellent - also coming from the railwaystation. We had a bright,quiet and good size room. Staff is friendly and the food fantastic.The breakfast buffet has a great variety - at times a bit slow with refills - but the Pension is at all times busy.We definitely will return to this charming Hotel! Had a fabulous stay....

  A very good hotel, just a standard 3-star hotel, everything what you need, free parking is the main advatntage as parkings are diffciult to find in Graz and are expensive, I will certainly stay it again - Everything. A proper tennis club, and the possibility to be there and enjoy tennis both on courts and on large screen after hours.
