Spa unit was very spacious. Unit was very clean and well presented. Security for the unit was very good although in the open but satisfactory. Breakfast was ample - good choice and hot breakfast cooked as you want it. You could relax - overall quite despite proximity to RAAF and Airport. Check out was pleasant and friendly. We were staying at the hotel as we had our work Christmas party at the Hawkesbury races. We only had to walk across the carpark for access into the race track, we were able to check into our room early, the room was clean & affordable.
alle vurderinger » Both myself and my Husband were pleased to have such an enjoyable stay . We were very impressed with our room one of the best we have stayed in for a while. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Sydney. We stayed whilst the races were on, so found the location perfect. Room was very clean and comfortable, it looked like the place has been recently renovated. Enjoyed just having to walk over to the races. . Found the hotel very comfortable. The service; the spacious room; tasteful room decor; comfortable bed; quiet. i really liked the outlook and the cleanness.our room was also quite large. Nice big room with everything we needed including undercover parking. Location; facilities were excellent. everything lovely place to stay. Good location for our events. The bed and linen. Room was very clean, everything worked. Check in was cordial but just. Had to wait till a phone conversation ended. Did not explain Restaurant criteria i.e. availability for Dinner or Breakfast. A smile would have been nice after such a long drive. We liked it all. The light planes woke us in the morning, but it was no surprise as the runway is next door. Maybe would have liked an evening meal but there were plenty of places to go for a meal. Shower difficult to get in & out of; poor exhaust fan in bathroom; floor became wet & slippery after shower. there was some sort of buzzing noise coming from the next door room where the head of the bed was in our room. Room key was a little temperamental and we also needed a second drive past to find the entrance but I have to really nitpick to find problems. Sound of planes from the RAAF base, but we knew it was there before booking. I couldn't turn up the volume on the tv and the room was too hot. I could not turn on the air conditioning to cool it or it was ineffective. Check in via Internet took forever,likewise checkout. Staff booked us in for the following day. Suggested we book direct with them. I was at there web site, thought that was what I was doing.
