  The staff were so friendly and the family room we had was excellent. We will book a family room again next time we have to stay in Townsville. The boys want to come back in summer and try out the pool/spa. THANK YOU. - Large room for all the family and reasonable price.

  They were nice the room was good and the food was good. We have always stayed at expensive hotels in Townsville, but we will stay at the colonial rose in future. - The service. Emma, you were brilliant! The food was top quality The room was soundproof.

  Sonia and Dean were most helpful and really treated us as individually important - they were so helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping impeccable. Meals were Great and always served on time. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was hot on arrival to the room and first class. I will be using this motel every visit I make to Townsville.
