The location is perfect! With a short walk (<5mins) you can take the light rail to central station and the bus stop with buses to circular quay (including 555) just in front of the hotel!
Haymarket and chinatown are about 5 mins walk from the back door.
Room is big ( for 4 pax), clean and nice! bed is extremely comfortable and the price is reasonable ( ~aud 700 for 4 nights excluding weekend)! -
One was not pressured into early rising to please the housemaids. We slept in late every day as you should on holidays. The near shopping centres were wonderful as were all the food courts and restaurants.There is no shortage of entertainment near by, as well as cruises in the harbour, sight seeing etc. The staff were friendly and curtious and we will definitely be returning on our next holidays.

was left in tact. I loved the big old black doors and the floor mosaic
telling us what the building had been used for in the past. Has any

I had read the reviews after I had made my booking. I probably would never had booked after reading shoddy reviews.
Well, was I pleasantly suprised!
I stayed with my 15 year old daughter, and were on the 12th floor.
This place ticks all the boxes.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hair drier wasn't working in my room - house keeping replaced it straight away.

Close to Wynyard station
Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!!

We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Very affordable

the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. We absolutely loved our recent stay in Royal Pacific Hotel in Lane Cove. Such wonderful value for our family.The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job and even tucked my son's duck into his bed when they remade it. Reception staff also were supremely knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. Great place to stay and will be back the next time we visit Sydney. The staff were friendly and always polite, you felt very welcome. The room had plenty of space and very comfortable. Was also great to have a kitchenette in the room. Considering the location, I thought it may have been a bit noisy but there was no noise at all!. It was very quite. We enjoyed our stay at the Meriton in Kent Street very much. It is nicer and cleaner than a similar priced apartment hotel nearby that we had previously stayed in. On arrival we were greeted by helpful, professional reception staff and the two requests we had made when booking were met.

a good size with contemporary decor and furnishings and view to the
street. It had thoughtful touches like a coffee plunger, and
complimentary dishwasing tablets and clothes washing machine liquid. The

The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!
