Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way. The room is a great size. The view from the 12th floor was amazing. The
kitchen was small but had all the components to self cater. The
breakfast suplied had toast with butter and condiments plus cereal and
milk with fruit and juice.The hotel is within pleasant walking distance
through Hyde park to the Museum, St Mary's Cathedral, the Art

Great location. If you want to get the airport train and have suitcases
then consider getting off at St James instead of Museum station if you
don't want to lug cases up loads of steps. St James station is not
far and has a lift. We had a very large, modern, comfortable family room
with qs bed, two singles and a small lounge, dining table & chairs.
The beds were really comfortable and the decor lovely. The breakfast
provided was basic but all we needed.

their own that I experienced with my airline's failure to honour
ground transfer ie free use of hotel phone, upgrade on fraught late

Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

Staff were very helpful especially when we needed to extend our stay. The standard room was very comfortable indeed. Great service good location, nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Loved the buffet breakfast with the smiling 'Theresa'. Would stay again on our next visit. -

The staff were fantastic, from check in to waitstaff at the restaurant. There was a slight problem with our booking and the staff were so obliging and helpful. The restaurant staff were really appropriate with our younger children.Really close to great food and shopping and park for kids. Would happily stay there again. -

EVERYTHING! The place does not look amazing from the outside but my was it a delight upon entrance and seeing the garden. I stayed here only one night but found the hotel quite satisfactory. It is close to the airport and van service - both to and from - was convenient and reliable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
