  As an Events Manager I had traveled from nz to organised a ladies night out for a friends birthday at the Sheraton Sydney. As soon as we walked in the doors we were treated like princesses and the service continued till we were spoilt rotten. I was raised up with lavished hotels so I have high and fussy expectations. The bathroom bat - We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. The cot the hotel provided for our 14 mo son was fine. He slept in it without complaint. Complementary internet was very good. 1GB/day and excellen - The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

  Very pleasant Airport hotel less than 15 minutes to the International or Domestic Terminals. Large, clean rooms with super comfy beds and all standard amenities. Nice pool area adjacent to an excellent gym. The pool is not heated but this would not be a problem in summer. Hotel prices are good value by Sydney standards, excellent business hotel with conference and meeting room facilities. Not close to a - I was fortunate to be upgraded to an executive room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Whilst a little outdated in terms of decor, for the price I paid I am not complaining. I am not a fan of step into shower/bath situations but in this case the low height of the bath provided a much better safety factor than in most other hotels I have stayed at. The provision of an airport shuttle bus at only $6/person was very handy. The included breakfast was an added bonus which I did not expect

  We arrived from our cruise ship early in the morning and the receptionist immediatly said she would contact houskeeping and see how long it would be before we could book in. We went down town for a couple of hours and when we got back the room was ready for us. They had stored our baggage safely for us while we were away. The bathrom was huge and if we had been stay - We loved how close the hotel was to everything - Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, QVB. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms quite soundproof when the balcony doors are closed. Also loved that there was a balcony so that you were not confined to an air conditioned box - fresh air was able to be let in. Was also great that the accommmodation was an apartment so we could make our own meals if we wanted and also wash and dry clothes, which was a blessing as hwe got drenched by the rain on
