We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. There was little I didn't like actually. Nothing to fault meriton on at all except the noise from neighbouring developments.
It was a fairly long sort of walk to shops but in saying that, it's good exercise & the area is still under development so it was a small inconvenience that was easily overlooked.
I can only say that I preferred my stay at the danks street Meriton a little more simply because they have split level apartments that I absolutely loved! I love Meriton so much, I'm now lo

Waterloo is an up & coming area of Sydney. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. The rooms at the Meriton Bondi Junction were very spacious and luxurious. I stayed one night with a friend and we came to Bondi to do some shopping at the Westfield and it was very convenient to go to the shopping centre from the apartments. Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

Coogee has great access to cafes and casual eating outlets. Beach was just a wander down through these cafes to the beach. The whole areas atmosphere was very casual and beachie' We'd definitely stay at Coogee and Adina Apartments again and have already recommended Adina to intended Sydney visitors going to Sydney in the next few months
