  Easy to find, plenty of parking. Good sized room. Everything in the room worked & was nicely presented. Comfortable bed. Helpfull staff. We had a room at the back - so it was very quiet even though the motel is on a busy road (recommend to ask for this). - Staff were friendly and helpful.   Have stayed here 4 times now. 4 different rooms. All absolutely fine. Great location and good value for money considering the expense of Sydney CBD accommodation. Suited me perfectly. Receptionist lovely and friendly. Fourth floor rooms are nice. If you have luggage then perhaps be prepared to lug or request lower floor. Nice kitchen and lounge facilities on 3rd floor, so you can really cater - Everything was better than I expected. Paid about 70 AUD per night (2 night stay) which is excellent value. The location is the most convenient possible for business trip (better than Westin which I tried the previous week and costs 5x)
