  We arrived at the hotel and saw the stairs and thought "Oh No", but reception immediately said they would bring our bags up for us. We were really grateful. Same thing in the morning. I came out with our big suitcases ready for international travel, and was greeted by a staff member who immediately said he would bring the bags down. Room was re... hva folk sier » ally clean, restaurant served nice reasonably priced meals, despite being on a busy road the rooms are quite, good air cond and reliable and reasonabl - I made a wrong booking for a day too late and the hotel was full for the night, but the lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and found me a room that someone else missed a flight for. She totally made my day. Despite the plain look from the outside, the hotel was pretty cool on the inside. My fault for not checking the maps, I thought it would be right next to the airport. I ended up having to take a taxi that cost $15 to the hotel. Shuttlebus back to the airport is availab

  The cleaning staff did an excellent job 'making up' our room every day and made an effort to fit into our doctor appt times. The room was very clean and a nice leafy aspect from the balcony. The reception staff were very considerate in giving us a quiet room at the back of the motel at the last minute. The surrounds of the motel were also very cle... hva folk sier » an. We would certainly go back again. - Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes. There was adequate free parking, not always the case in Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant served great food for breakfast and dinner.

  The girl on reception was lovely; really friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfy, will definitely be back again for another good nights sleep! Also, I liked that the toilets and showers were singular and altogether, and there wasn't just one big room with loads of toilets and showers like most hostels have.   The location was excellent together with the value for money. The breakfast was delicious. - The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Especially the dining room staff at dinnertime. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The balconies of the lodge were an extra surprise.
