  Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

  The unit was well appointed. Initially we stayed there as it also included Foxtel however we were moved to a more suitable wheelchair friendly accommodation not on the main complex and this didn't include Foxtel. However this didn't interfere with our stay at all. The amenities were much more than we hoped for and we would stay there again. Great access to the beach and clifftop walk as well as a hotel and small complex of cafes, winebar. Very comfortable. Excellent value for money and some nice touches.

  We really enjoyed our long weekend staying at this bed and breakfast.The room was very comfortable and the breakfast area outside on the decking under the trees was very relaxing. It also is very well priced and only a few minutes from the beach and jetty. My husband and I were on a business trip to the South West of Western Australia and we found the Busselton Guest House was able to provide comfort, high quality bed/Sheridan bed linen, generous choice of cooked breakfast, free access to Internet, peace/quiet and coiuntry friendly service.   Great location, less than 5 minutes from lovely beach, and next door to Albany Golf Club - nice course and good value. The Beach House is family owned and run, and they were all really friendly and helpful with recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. Room very comfortable with a spa bath, and very good bed. Secure parking, free wifi,... hva folk sier » and an excellent breakfast all made for a really good 3 day stay although when converting back to uk sterling, quite expensive!! Would stay again if - The owners were away, their parents were looking after the place. They were lovely, but looked a bit out of their depth at times! Breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless and it was very quiet. A vehicle is obviously a must have, but the location right by the beach is beautiful. A bit confusing when arriving as we were unaware that it is actually in a residential neighbourhood, a golf course community.
