  Love the warm welcome even before we checked in with the details and recommendation sent to my email weeks before my arrival to facilitate our planning. Vinnie the farmer is very friendly and welcoming, making us feel like VIP during the stay. He even accommodated my request for late check out as we wanted to do the mass feeding in the morning before checking o - We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Cottage no.7, which is a 3 bedroom superior cottage. Vinnie is great with the kids, my elder son whom is 3 years old loves him. As with Sydneyresident, we experienced the power failure which affected the whole town and a few towns over. Vinnie brought around the portable generator so that we could have a quick shower and head out for activites. There's plenty to do around the area and all within 30min -90mins drive.

  It was a perfect location for attending the concert we went to at NIB and saved parking hassles. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Wildlife wandered freely through the resort but boundaries to eating areas maintained. Everything close, nothing too over the top. Small, well-equipped shop/mini- - The location is great. We stayed in the beach villas, with a balcony right on the beach... the only room type to book in my opinion (if you stay in the garden villas, other review comments apply about the "caravan park like setting"). But the beach villas were nice, dolphin viewing great - I wouldn't stay anywhere else (unless you have a very tight budget)

  This cottage was spacious, clean and so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage & it was a great base to go sightseeing or just to head to the beach or into Geraldton. The booklet with tourist information on what you could do in the area was fantastic & helped us to plan our trip & where to go for dinner etc.. Jackie enabled us to gain access to the room prior to the normal check in time as we had driven from Perth to attend a family funeral. The guest house was lovely with its polished floor boards and decor. Although there was no reception access to the room was simple. Great value for money!!
