We had a wonderful time at theParmelia, the staff were fantastic. We were gven an upgrade to a suite, it was our 48th wedding anniversary and they gave us complimentary champagne. The apartments (one bedroom) were huge and very well equipped. They were quite luxurious and the bathroom was lovely. Large balcony and bbq area. Good secure parking. Lovely resort as a whole. Meal at Lamonts was also very good. Owners very friendly and welcoming. -

Allways a good stay in the Hyatt Perth, a well run hotel with great staff. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.

After months of backpacking we decided to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury, which we definitely got at Margaret's Beach Resort. Even before we arrived the staff were so helpful when we emailed to book a tour, and the welcome we got on arrival was brilliant. The apartment itself was fab and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back and stay for longer next time. Although it is a drive from Margaret river town it is right next to the beach and an all round great spot!!

Overall was really happy with the room - comfortable big bed, great shower and all the basic amenities I needed. Only a ten minute walk to the main shopping district but also a free bus directly out the door. I would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony - it was perfect getting the warm sunshine coming through in the morning. -
