The apartments (one bedroom) were huge and very well equipped. They were quite luxurious and the bathroom was lovely. Large balcony and bbq area. Good secure parking. Lovely resort as a whole. Meal at Lamonts was also very good. Owners very friendly and welcoming. -

Fantastic, value for money. There were two of us. My friend was visiting from the UK. The villa had a great layout with the bedrooms at one end which we assume was the same with the adjoining villa. We loved the grounds and space between the villas, providing privacy, peace and quiet. The beach and indoor pools were great attractions.

The villas are very clean and comfortable - we stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bath exec villa and they are surrounded by lovely gardens with grassed areas big enough to play ball, running races etc for the kids. Lots of lovely paths to explore and the kids loved riding their bikes around the streets of the resort. We played tennis on the courts and played in the playground, even had the bouncy castle up! We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, it was really well fitted out, it was beautifully clean and it was quiet. We were able to park very close by so felt happy re security for our rental vehicle. The swimming pool and lay out of the complex was most impressive.

Our car broke down 10 kilometres outside Halls Creek. Tim, the manager of the Kimberley Hotel, together with one of his customers, Ray, drove out to tow us into town. It was a wonderfully generous action.

I found the location very good, its away from the night life on James street, so the noise is less noisy on the weekends!, i actually extended my stay until the 2nd July.
The staff were very nice everyone and very helpful :)
I would say this is probably the most cleanest and safest backpacking hostel in Perth! I would stay here again for sure! -

The room was comfortable, cleaned daily, the staff were very pleasant, the was a free barbecue to use and a pool. It was great accommodation for the price. Even though there wasn't a sink to wash up in which a lot of people have complained about it was 4 steps to the bathroom sink which to me was no big deal.

We have been going to Abbey for about 20 yrs. love convenience of having everything on site. We were thinking the units were looking tired and for a resort could never work out why beds were standard doubles. However for the first time we had an upgrade and were delighted. We have been very loyal to Abbey and again love the location and service has been over all these years and staff changes, very good.

We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Cottage no.7, which is a 3 bedroom superior cottage. Vinnie is great with the kids, my elder son whom is 3 years old loves him. As with Sydneyresident, we experienced the power failure which affected the whole town and a few towns over. Vinnie brought around the portable generator so that we could have a quick shower and head out for activites. There's plenty to do around the area and all within 30min -90mins drive.
