  Family room was great with the 2 bedrooms - enough space for 3 teenage daughters. Staff were easy to deal with (and spoke clear english) and made changes easy - Meal from Capricornia Resturant was excellent. Glad room offered basic items like microwave, sink & plates.

  Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again. The staff were lovely, the room spacious, clean and ... hva folk sier » so so comfortable. Great location too ! This one will defintley be our 'Brisbane' home on our visits from Perth. Totally recommend 10/10.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was central to everything. Was very peaceful. Had activities for the kids to keep them occupied and most of all was the price which was very reasonable.   The staff were friendly & only too happy to help. We stayed here as it was close to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre for the Pink concert, they provided Transfers there & back, as well as a dinner package. Great value for money, truly enjoyable stay. Cannot recommend it enough. - Reasonably priced, the villa was better than a motel room as it had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The staff were amazing and the place was walking distance to a mall. A few minutes drive to Westfield mall, close to the airport, not that far from cbd by bus. I would recommend colonial village to everyone.

  The staff were very efficient and friendly,the room was very clean and tidy,can't say a bad word about my stay there.Will always stay there when in rocky and would recommend it to everyone.And the food was great - Nice place to stay over night very friendly and helpful staff.

  Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value. Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)... hva folk sier » and was very pleased with service, quality and quantity. Great view from dining area. Didn't get around to utilising the pool, spa or BBQ are but the - Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually. Reception staff (owners ?) were very helpful with directions.

  I arrived very early an just wanted to leave my bag but the manager changed a few things around an I was given my room at eight thirty which was fantastic they certainly go the extra yards - Excellent location for ease of getting to airport. Many good local restaurants if you are there on a weekend when their restaurant is closed. good carparking
