  Good location, good price, nice and quiet. - despite the exterior of the hotel (that was not really gorgeous, to be honest), rooms and communal areas are very nice (and new!!)

  This place is in a great location, the staff are friendly and always available to help. They were happy to extend our stay. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and there are loads of bathrooms to shower any time. - Just a few steps from the beach

  We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... hva folk sier » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

  everything was excellent and would not look at any other hotel, next time I vist Sydney. 10 out 10 would recommend it to any one. - Good central location. Quiet at night. Helpful staff. Easy to get to and from the airport via the Museum stop.

  The value cost of the hotel it cheap and it alot closer to King Cross Station which it great for me so will come again. - All good.

  So friendly. my first time at a backpackers and it will certainly not be my last. staff were friendly and helpful. it was such a relaxed atmosphere that I wish I had got to stay longer. it's in a great location and has free wifi , laundry service, kitchen facilities.   We had a double room with private bathroom and it was very clean and comfortable, as if it had been recently renovated. The private parking space was also an added value. Although it was very cold, the heating worked very well and internet was fast. - Very friendly check-in and local knowledge of the staff.   The communal area was huge with free wifi and good sized kitchen, really nice roof terrace but would be even better if wifi was available up there, but then I suppose it would be packed every day! The staff were always friendly and happy to help with any concerns or questions.   staff were excellent from time i rang before even leaving my house they were more than accommodating and made the ruby for my daughter and i very enjoyable. very clean and friendly atmosphere with great facilities would defiantly stay again and highly recommend to others. - Wonderful, accommodating, kind owners.   We love staying here short walk to beach great accommodation at every budget level. We brought our daughter with us this time after she had major spinal surgery and was in a body cast. The park was very easy to get around in with her and she had a loverly change whilst trying to recoup after the op. Although we checked in very late, the staff guided us to our cabins and helped us out lots.
