The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Staff could have been concerned about personal property and they still kept a smile and courteous attitude during their task at hand. I

I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist
Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have
him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on
my thanks to Nathan. Also has good facilities, including the pool and
closness to the beach if required.

Their spa options were great, albeit a little pricey.
Staff were extra helpful and friendly.
The room was large and well designed. The best features included the bathroom with its own spa bath and the large balcony overlooking the golf course which was stunning.
Being a smoker, the ashtray on the balcony table was much appreciated and made the morning coffees more enjoyable.

I love the privacy of where it is situated, it is family friendly as
well as gay/lesbian friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I
especially love the surrounding gardens and the fact that you can wander

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. The location is fabulous. Beautiful view. The hotel is positioned almost on top of North Sydney railway station which is very convenient - we weren't disturbed by the odd rumble of a train passing outside.
