  Close to Wynyard station Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!! On the Sunday there was a brunett... hva folk sier » e lady (looked young, maybe mid twenties) who was very helpful to me and my son and held the lift as I arranged him and my groceries in the early afte - We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

  The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. The staff was lovely, very polite and attentive and I thoroughly reccommend Oaks. Central Station is very near which means one can hear the trains sounding ... hva folk sier » their horn as they are about to enter the underground tunnel but it did not bother me that much, after all it is a big city with big city noises. - It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. If you are a traveler like me and my partner, then splash out a little on a weekend and stay here, you will feel refreshed! Staff were really friendly and helpful Swimming pool and spa pool were not busy and a good temperature The bed was really comfortable

The location was good, near the Myer , David Jones, China town and the most attractions.   Arrived Saturday afternoon so as to attend an even Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. We had afternoon drinks and nibbles in our loungeroom/kitcheb, took a refreshing swim in the pool which was great before gettin... hva folk sier » g ready to go out. When we got back, the room was quiet and comfortable and I had a great sleep in. All in all it was a great little unit, felt like - The reception staff were marvellous, and extremely helpful. My visit to Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely comfy room where I could just relax. I will definitely stay there the next time I have to return to Sydney.

  The location is in central position in Sydney China Town area. Easy to get any kind of foods, and close to all attraction in Sydney (CBD, Darling Harbour). Every apartment unit have small kichenette so you can cook. Our unit is Family studio, the space is spacious and can accomodate 2 adults with 2-3 children. If the price for apartment with 2 bed... hva folk sier » rooms is very expensive for you then this family studio is good alternative. - The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

  Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way.   The location was fantastic and so close to everything. Easy walk to Circular Quay and also to Pitt St Mall and Darling Harbour. Lots of eating places nearby so no need to cook. The studio apartment was spacious enough for us, the bed was very comfortable and having the kitchen and laundry facilities was a bonus. I w - Excellent appartment with everything you need - including a washing machine. Large and very nice rooms. The hotel is in the middle of the city - ten minutes walk to the Circular Quay and five minutes walk to the mall and all the shopping opportunities. Darling Harbour is also close. Staff is very service minded.
