  A very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, front on level 5 with sea views. The property is located in the quiet area of Mooloolaba. It has everything on hand eg., Beaches, walking paths, restaurants and supermarket. It has a secured car park in the basement with a service lift travelling to all residential floors. The managers were very helpful and knowledgeable during our stay. - It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

  The apartments were incredibly spacious,clean and modern.Loved layout with bedroom at back of apartment away from the road and traffic noise. Very helpful and friendly staff ,allowed late check out and baggage storage. Apartment had everything you needed and was a very short stroll to cafes and shops. The apartment was fabulous and very spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. We had a garden ocean view apartment and loved it - right next to the lift and our car spot it was so convenient. The gym was great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their direct booking rates were better than Wotif. Osprey was excellent.

  The Mangers Greg and Viv were wonderful, Fantastic Location, one street back from the beach. ample parking, good entrances to the garage and plenty of visitor parking. The apartment sizes were huge plenty of room for everyone and the decor was well done. Good security The public areas of the apartment block were well maintained The air con in reception was sooo nice after a morning on the be - Seamark on First was excellent to stay in with older children and 2 young grandchildren. Very spacious for the wee ones to run around.and play. Apartment was very clean and tidy.Really enjoyed our stay there and the staff were excellent to deal with. Would certainly recommend people to stay there.

  We had six family members in our party. Two singles and two couples. We booked a three bedroom unit and were thrilled to have three bathrooms with three toilets - a real bonus for seniors. The front and back balconies had a table and chairs and was wide enough to move around each other. There were six lounge chairs which was also a bonus. Amanda welcomed us warmly on our - Quality of the units is great. Fantastic kitchen and bathrooms. Secure building with car parking. Location is fantastic. 1 minute walk to coffee and eateries. 5 minute walk to patrolled beach, and supermarket. 10 minute drive to major supermarket/movies. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

  Vanessa at the resort was very helpfull, she made us feel very welcome. The location for our purpose was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
