  Stayed for a 3 night short break location was superb just a short walk to just about everything , apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were really good especially the reception , had a number of occasions I went to the desk for help or advice on things and all the staff I encountered were brilliant. Thanks to everyone at Citadines , we had a great time - Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. Very modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the apartment you can't hear anything. We booked here to go to a cirque du soleil show which wasn't even a 10 min walk away and then we had dinner on the waterfront close to the hotel - Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.
