The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

We arrived at 10am and due to low occupancy they let us check-in earlier with no extra cost and got us a room with a great view of the city overlooking the park. Paul was a delight. Location, very well situated, right beside the free tram but they take so long to get into the central area, its quicker to walk and easy to do so from the hotel.Staff very efficient, and helpful at all times,giving directions etc.I requested a high floor away from street noise and was given floot 19 which was great ,marvelous views over Sydney.You could hear traffic noise if you listened but it didn't disturb us.

We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very clean and the Reception at the front desk was more than hospitable, very accomodating!
I think the place might be haunted! So does 4 other guest that stayed with us. All having strange dreams that turned gory and feelings of being watched! It was weird! But a gorgeous place!! -

My son goes to boarding school in Melbourne. This has become my second home when I visit Melbourne. Paul and Adrian are friendly and helpful at the reception desk. The train station is right next door. Excellent location for going to the city or shopping in Chapel Street or Praham.

The view from the apartment was something else! Loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment without even having to ask. The pool and gym facilities are great. Very convenient location as restaurants and shopping are all at your fingertips. The free City Tram and the visitors shuttle are just a short walk away. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!!
