  The owners are very welcoming and helpfull, you feel as though you have arrived to stay with friends,the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, they have put a lot of thought into usefull and nice things eg magazines, tissues, bathrobes, extra blankets, comfortable chairs to sit in,clock radio with alarm, melbourne and local information booklet in r... hva folk sier » oom very helpfull and extensive - I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. Thank you beverly and brett very much appreciated!

  Easily the best place I stayed for the price in my trip around Australia! I could not reccomend it more. - Paul is super helpful in coming up with ideas of things to do and see in Melbourne, really listening to your needs - Location really good for Southern Cross station (and skybus from airport) - beautifully decorated rooms and public areas - p... hva folk sier » rivate bathroom (separate from room) not at all an issue - really high standard facilities and nice warm fluffy bathrobes to cross the corridor in! - - You were made to feel welcome by Paul before you even arrived: welcome emails, help needed accommodated, bookings made for wine trips etc. It was more like staying in someone's home - warm, cosy, large and lovely. Everything was a surprise in terms of comfort and size plus the guest lounge which was fully stocked with bar, sundries, magazines, dvds etc - just the lovliest b&b.
