  The hotel was funky and elegant, and the staff was courteous. The room was chic and spacious, with a sitting area as well as bed. Bathroom was huge, with a jet tub & enclosed shower.   We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed.
