The apartment was clean, quiet with great broadband/wifi
connections. The broadband was fee whereas most hotels were charging
over $10 an hour! It was also a good location for me as I was travelling
to various business meetings all over Melbourne and there were plenty of
transport options. Plus there were great bars and restaurants to chose
from and I would definitely stay there again.
We had a show to see at the Palais Theatre - it was only 10mins walk from there and bustling cafe life of Ackland Street. Great location.
Didn't see any staff... Key pick and drop off instructions were very clear. I'd stay here again for sure. And it was quiet :o) for being on a main street!. alle vurderinger »
I like how spacious the apartment was despite being relatively small. The bed was comfortable and the overall ambiance was perfect for a long distance couple who wanted to spend a few days together and not get out of bed at all :).
The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. We particularly liked the free internet access. We were situated at the back of the building and found it all very quiet and secure. We felt very safe.
Stylish well furnished and equipped apartment in a good location for all St Kilda amenities.
Facilities include excellent wi-fi, laundry and daily room service.
Would certainly stay here again.
The process of self check in was so simple and a new experience to not have any human interaction. Resulted in me feeling like it was my own very private apartment for the weekend. Very cool.
It was quiet, clean, and spacious, awesome veranda & close to the trams for the city or a short walk to the beach or St Kilda. Staff although not on site we helpful & resolved issues.
Great location in St Kilda, clean, comfortable and the room was a great size. Very convenient as a base to explore the local area and Melbourne as a whole.
Stacey the manager was incredible, extremely helpful. It was a great room at a great price I highly enjoyed my stay and would go back again for sure.
Close to public transportation. If you keep the clearways in mind also enough free parking.

Nothing. Will opt for a non studio apartment size at Grey St next time purely for more room.. but the studio suited our needs for this trip.

Paperthin walls. Could here everything from above. Beside the location of the apartment is in a shady street. By tram it will take you 20min to CBD and cost you 3-4AUD one way.
The noise of next door apartment - some reviews use term of "paper
thin walls", which we agree as accurate. Spartan furnishings on
verandah significantly differ from photo shots on line.
Room not being cleaned daily. Timber floors above noisy when occupants were walking around early hours of the morning.
It's a little far away from the sea.
Perhaps comfortable chairs could be in the apartment.
when I booked with you I requested a ground floor smoking room. I was given a first floor, non-smoking room up a narrow flight of stairs. I feel I should have been told this and given a chance to look elsewhere.
The window looked into the courtyard and therefore people passing by could see in.

It is a self check in and check out, I really did not like it. It was very impersonal and there was no one to ask for advice on the area.
The street was not one I would like to walk up alone at night!.
there was only street parking contrary to what was claimed. Heating didn't work - had to call staff twice as there this place is not manned. Was given instructions on how to enter office and find a heater and cart the thing back to my room.
the street parking facilities are not practical. If you dont move your car in time, it gets towed away!. Secure parking is a long walk away when you have suitcases etc..
