  A couple of things could do with a lick of paint here and there, but we were entirely satisfied with our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, very hot water and lots of it. Nice to sit on the balcony. Everything we needed was within a short walking distance. Docs, hospitals, banks, eateries, and the city.   We spend a couple of nights there, and honestly it was just an amazing time! The staff is really friendly and really helpful. The accommodation is really nice, with terrace, a nice tv plasma, a little kitchen, and a nice bathroom ( an really clean!)! Everything for a great price ! I liked the fact that the house was typically Queensland style & the girl on reception was really helpful advising me on where to go n wot2 do. 10min walk to ferry n river front. Private room was comfortable n had a tv, which felt like a luxury, pluss Free Wifi!!!. The covered terrace is a lovely place to have a drink or a meal. Lots of wood and quirky old things in the public parts with a well-equipped kitchen. It was nice to have coffee, tea, milk and water in the room.
